When I found out that our friends' baby was a girl,I got it into my head that I HAD to make her a teeny-tiny newborn frock. So, I spent that weekend making her a 'Little Geranium' dress. The pattern is a free (and brilliant) one from Made by Rae. You can find it here.
And here's the dress:
If only there was a 'Big Geranium' pattern - for girls MY age!!!

It's adorably sweet, Carly! I don't know about you but sometimes tiny patterns can be fairly time consuming because they are a bit fiddly.
ReplyDeleteWhat a gorgeous little dress, Carly! So beautifully made too.

What a sweet little dress you made, Carly. Love it!
ReplyDeleteSo sweet. I've had that same dress tutorial saved on my laptop for months now but still haven't got round to starting it. After seeing your finished dress i'm feeling motivated to give it a go. If I don't hurry my baby will be too big for it !
ReplyDeleteSo cute Carly. You have such a great eye for colour and pattern matching, well done. Now when are you opening your online mini person boutique?
ReplyDeleteThis is such a sweet little dress, Carly! You are so clever at combining patterns and colours, and how cute the yo yo and buttons are!
